MEMBER WELD COUNTY
UTILITIES COORDINATING COMMITTEE:
Commissioner Anderson offered the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
WHEREAS, the Utilities Coordinating Committee shall consist of seven
members as provided by resolution dated August 19, 1970, and a vacancy does
now exist; and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ed Kelly be appointed to said
Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that Ed Kelly be and he is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the Weld County Utilities Coordinating Committee for a term of
three years ending December 31, 1974.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following votes >

The Weld County Utility Board is recommending Ed Kelly to
represent the City of Greeley and Ray Fouts of Greeley Gas to
represent the gas companies to serve on the Utility Board for
a term of 3 years to replace Keith Eberhardt and J . E. Beven
/ /
whose terms expire December 31 , 2S-1- . Kindly take action on
this matter as soon as possible in order that they may serve
on the board at the next regular meeting January 13 , 1972
