To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners Weld County, Colorado:
" GENTLEMEN :—
Your viewers appointed on the 17th day of September
7us_1913.to view a county road prayed for in a certain petition presented to your Honorable body on the above
named day and date, a copy of which has been received by us, viz.: Commencing at*
West line between sections 14 and 23 and running East between
seotions 13 and 24; in range 63 West, South between 24 and 19,
East between 19 and 30, South again between 29 and 30, East again
between 29 and 32, in range 62 West, township 9.

Respectfully submit the folloz44z,n,g report, to wit: after receiving our authority to act, we met at the starting point of

said proposed road,on the 25 day of September 191a at the hour of_10o'clock.,11._.M.,being the
, time and place specified in our appointment,and proceeded to view the road prayed for in said petition, as follows:
We commenced at the starting point named in said petition,and runt
Between sections 14 and 23; thence East between sections 13and 24 in
township 9, range 63; thence South on township line bewteen sections
24 and 19 ; thence East between sections 19 and 30; thence South between
sections 29 and 30; thence East between sections 29 and 32, township 9,
range 62.
•
The last named point being the terminus thereof, and the road as above laid out and viewed being over the most
practicable route which we in our judgment can find. We found it necessary to make the following changes in the
proposed route as prayed for,viz.4
Commencing 88 rods from the northwest corner of section 29, running
southeasterly around the low land of the west side of said section
29, township 9, range 62, until it is 20 rods from said line, thence
southwesterly to section line between sections 29 and 30, said town-
ship and range, to e point 132 rods from the southwest corner of said
section 29, township 9, range 62.

Weld County, the said Commissioners have appointed three
Road Viewers to meet at point named below, ata.o o'clock

and proceed from thence to view the line prayed for in said
petition, as follows, to-wit : Commencing at
West line between sections 14 and 23 and running East between
sections 13 and 24 in Range 63 West, South between 24 and 19,

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado:
Gentlemen:
We, the undersigned, Citizens and Freeholders of your County, respectfully represent that the
necessities
of the public requiree a -Coouuunty wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at

Said road to be not less than sixty (60) feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above
described, and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration
of the sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Weld, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give the right
of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for
