To Whom It May Concern,
DCP Operating Company, LP has acquired an easement agreement from the current property owner, JDLB Farm
LLC, relative to the installation and operation of two (2) underground pipelines on the aforementioned property. The
purpose of this notice is to inform any persons or entity maintaining a percentage of the mineral interest affiliated
with said property of DCP's imminent plans to initiate construction activities pursuant to the terms of the associated
easement agreement.
