A public hearing was conducted on December 7, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
El I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated October 11, 2022, and duly published
October 14, 2022, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request
of Lytle Farms, LLC, c/o SunShare, LLC, dba BecLee Solar, LLC, for a Site Specific Development
Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR22-0024, for a Solar Energy Facility (SEF) outside
of subdivisions and historic townsites in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Karin McDougal,
Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
Diana Aungst, Department of Planning Services, presented a request for continuance to
January 18, 2023, to allow the matter to be heard by the Planning Commissioner on January 3,
2023.
Elizabeth Scanlon, Sunshare, LLC, represented the applicants and explained the reasons for
the continuance request related to interconnection delays with Xcel, as well as potential system
modifications.
11 No public testimony was offered concerning the continuance of this matter.
Commissioner Saine moved to continue the matter to January 18, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., to
allow the case to be heard by the Planning Commission on January 3, 2023. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Buck, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion,
the hearing was completed at 10:03 a.m.
