NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 32-1-204(1), C.R.S., that on October 11,
2022, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, a public hearing will be conducted. The
hearing will be conducted at the Erie Town Hall, 645 Holbrook Street, in Erie, Colorado, or at
such other time and place as this hearing may be continued. A public hearing will be heard upon
the application on file with the Board of Trustees (the "Town Board") of the Town of Erie (the
"Town"), by the Board of Directors (the "District Board") of 232 Metropolitan District (the
"District") for the approval of a proposed Amended and Restated Service Plan for 232
Metropolitan District (the "Amended Service Plan"). To attend virtually, please visit
https://www.erieco.gov/318/Board-of-Trustees for more information. The affected property is
generally located north of Weld County Road 6, west of I-25, south of Weld County Road 8
(Erie Parkway), and east of Weld County Road 7, in Weld County, Colorado.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, pursuant to Sections 32-1-203(3.5) and 32-1-
204(1.5), C.R.S., any owner of real property within the District may file a request with the Town
Board, requesting that such real property be excluded from the District. Such request may be
filed any time after the Amended Service Plan is filed with the Town Board, but no later than ten
(10) days before the day fixed for the hearing on said Amended Service Plan.
