The Fleet Services Department has received information from Greiner Ford of Casper that Ford
can no longer build the one -ton four-wheel drive crew cab pickup trucks with utility box for Bid
#B2200030. The factory has canceled all remaining 2022 orders citing supply chain issues. The
purchase order for this vehicle was issued by the Purchasing Department on 01/31/22
(P2200102) in the amount of $53,444.00.
This was discussed at a work session on 11/08/22. Fleet Services recommends rescinding this bid
and that the purchase order be canceled. We will proceed with state bid or other government
competitive pricing to supply this vehicle.
