In 2017 the building was leased but in 2018 it has some vacancy. I spoke with 16th Street Fitness, they told me there was a business name change in 2018 and the fitness center never closed during this process. Apria was a tenant but left at some point in 2018. By using the actual income and real estate expenses for 2017 and by using an 8% cap rate, the estimated value of the subject is $ or $ per square foot.
