Chris,
We reached out to our RF Engineer and he provided the following comments regarding the concerns
for possible interference with the 806-901 MHz spectrum that the Weld County Public Safety
Wireless Systems uses.
Our intent is to use the spectrum we have licenses for in Weld,
Logan, and Morgan counties but specifically in the vicinity of
Stoneham N which include:
1870-1880MHz/1950-1960MHz
704-710MHz/734-740MHz
These frequencies are too far from the channels in question to
cause interference typically.
I was also told that our applications to FAA cover a number of frequencies that we may utilized in
specific geographical areas but the frequencies are only utilized when we have FCC licenses for
them in that specific geographical area or are dedicated as public frequencies.
Also, Can you please forward a receipt for the application fees?
Please let me know if the info above answers the concerns about possible interference.
Thank you,
Rick Bailey

Subject: Request for Information: USR22-0011
Good morning Chris,
I was asked to review the documents for USR22-0011. In the FAA Aeronautical Study (ASN 2021-
ANM-6160-OE) is a section for frequency data. The frequency data provided only gives the ranges
and power of the anticipated frequencies that will be in use. The range I'm concerned about is the
seventh line listed as 806-901 MHz. This is the range that we use for our base radios at New Raymer,
which is only about 12 miles away. I would expect they had to go through the regional planning
committee to get their frequencies assigned. However, with only the ranges listed I'd like to verify
there won't be any interference.
