The intent of Component One is to identify and isolate any possible impacts the proposed use may have upon the environment on the site, as well as on neighboring sites. B. Duties of the Department of Planning Services. The Department of Planning Services, in conjunction with personnel from the Public Works and Department of Public Health and Environment, will be responsible for reviewing the potential environmental impacts presented by the PUD development. The Department of Planning Services will utilize the development guide for assessing each of the following environmental impacts. The applicant shall submit an explanatory statement as to how the PUD development will plan for and accommodate the following impacts: 1. Noise and vibration. Will only be the typical noise associated with building a house. 2. Smoke, dust and odors. There will not be any of these concerns. 3. Heat, light and glare. There will not be any of these concerns. 4. Visual/aesthetic impacts. The visual will be two houses fitting in with the neighboring houses. 5. Electrical interference. There will be no electrical interference during or after construction. 6. Water pollution. There will be no contamination to any water source. 7. Wastewater disposal. The only wastewater concern is after the 2 homes are built. They will have onsite septic systems. 8. Wetland removal. There is will not be any wetland removal concern. 9. Erosion and sedimentation. The project will not cause any of these concerns. 10. Excavating, filling and grading. This will be typical to the envelope of a new house. There will be nothing done outside of this area. 11. Drilling, ditching and dredging. There will be no need for any of these actions. 12. Air pollution. There is no concern for air pollution. 13. Solid waste. There will not be any solid waste being produced. 14. Wildlife removal. There is no wildlife needing to be removed. 15. Natural vegetation removal. Natural vegetation will remain. 16. Radiation/radioactive material. There will not be a concern for this. 17. Drinking water source. NWCWD will supply the water. 18. Traffic impacts.
