claimed herein by the undersigned. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and reimburse Nickel Rd any amount attributable to an interest to

N ickel Rd may accrue proceeds until the total amount equals $100.00, or pay annually, whichever occurs first, or as required by applicable state
statutes.
This Division Order does not amend any lease or operating agreement between the undersigned and the lessee or operator or any other
contracts for the purchase of oil or gas.

Because we use a 3rd party accounting group that generates the DOs out of their system, I don't actually have visibility to what you're describing. Having seen a few others, it may just be their internal software
coding for date of first production?! The well started production this past October (2021).
