The above mentioned properties are within the service area of City of Greeley Water & Sewer.
Greeley Water & Sewer will provide water for fire protection and a single 3/a" potable water
service to the property in accordance with the terms of the City's Outside City Water Service
Agreement and any additional agreements required by City of Greeley Community
Development. The service will be provided once any and all necessary on and offsite
infrastructure improvements are completed and applicable fees are paid.
