The Public Works Department recommends the bid from Forterra Precast Concepts DBA Rinker Materials be
accepted for Class 3 precast concrete pipe at a cost of $39,412.00. The Class 3 product meets the 30 -day
delivery requirement needed to complete our project in a timely manner.
The bid submitted by Oldcastle Infrastructure was incomplete and not considered.
Approximately $100,000 has been budgeted for this purchase.
