RE: VACATING A PART OF COUNTY ROAD NO. 35 BY QUIT CLAIM
DEED TO PRESENT OWNERS.

o BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of
� Weld County, Colorado, does hereby sign a Quit Claim Deed as requested
by the present owners, thereby vacating a part of County Road No. 35,
N shown on recorded plat as Parcel "C" and more particularly described as
follows:

A One Hundred (100) foot highway right-of-way located
n in the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (VVzNW4) of
=' Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, and
S71 being more particularly described as follows:

eS Beginning at the Northwest Corner (NW Cor) of Seeley
�i Lake Subdivision, First Filing as platted and recorded
in the records of Weld County, Colorado, under
Reception Number 1543406, Book No. 621, and consid-
ering the North Line of said Seeley Lake Subdivision,
First Filing, to bear South 89° 06' 00" East, with all
bearings contained herein being relative thereto;
Thence South 89° 06' 00" East, along the North Line
of said Seeley Lake Subdivision, First Filing, 130. 00
feet;
Thence South 44° 06' 00" East, 48. 53 feet;
Thence South 87° 55' 37" East, 302. 40 feet;
Thence South 00° 09' 50" West, 100. 01 feet;
Thence North 87° 55' 37" West, 454. 64 feet to a Point
on the Westerly boundary of said Seeley Lake Subdivision,
First Filing;
Thence North 04° 55' 50" West along the Westerly
boundary of said Seeley Lake Subdivision, First Filing,
a distance of 131. 63 feet to the Point of Beginning.

QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS DEED, Made this _ 2avd day of August , A.D. ,
1972, between WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political
subdivision of the State of Colorado, by the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, for the respective interests of the COUNTY OF
WELD, and the STATE OF COLORADO, of the first part, and THE
PRESENT OWNERS, of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of other valuable considerations and ten
dollars, to said party of the first part in hand paid by the said parties
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT
CLAIMED, and by these presents does remise, release, sell, convey
and QUIT CLAIM unto the said parties of the second part, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said party of the first part
has in and to the following described real estate situate, lying and being
in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to-wit:
