SIGN SECOND AMENDED PLAT
COLLEGE GREEN FIRST FILING
RANGE 66, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, SECTION 11: WzSW4:
WHEREAS, by resolution dated September 12, 1972, the Weld County
Planning Commission has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado,the acceptance of a plat (dated September 12, 1972)
for filing of College Green, First Filing, Second Amended Plat, said plat
is to identify parcels and structures and to clear titles and is more
particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in the west half of the southwest
quarter (WeSW4) of Section 11, Township 5 North, Range 66
West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado.
Commencing at the west quarter (W4) Corner of said Section 11,
considering the west line of the southwest quarter (SW4) of
said Section 11 bearing S00° 05' 10" W. with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto. Thence S00° 05' 10" W.
on the west line of the southwest quarter (SW4) of Section 11,
340.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence N 88° 07' 48"
E. 700.00 feet; thence N 00° 05' 10" E. 340.00 feet; thence
N 88° 07' 48" E, 370.00 feet; thence S 00° 05' 10" W.
1290.86 feet; thence, along the arc of a non-tangent curve to
the right having a radius of 1260.00 feet and a chord that bears
N 84° 50' 00" W. 259.87 feet; thence N 78° 54' 50" W. 440.54 feet;
thence along the arc of a non-tangent curve to the left having a
radius of 940.00 feet and a chord that bears N 84° 24' 50" W.
180.38 feet; thence N 89° 54' 50" W. 148.71 feet; thence,
N 00° 05' 10" E. 1.00 foot; thence N 89° 54' 50" W. 50.00 feet
to the west line of the said southwest quarter (SW4) ; thence
N 00° 05' 10" E. along the west line of said southwest quarter
(SW4) 789.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Said tract
of land contains 20.014 acres and is subject to the terms and
provisions of the protective covenants and to all easements and
rights-of-way as now on record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman is hereby authorized to sign said
plat for filing.
The above and foregoing resolution was on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
