CALL TO ORDER:
Mike Freeman, President, called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.
APPROVE MINUTES OF APRIL 4, 2022:
By motion duly made and seconded, the minutes of April 4, 2022, were approved
unanimously.
REVIEW STATUS OF WELD COUNTY FOR ROAD PROJECTS: Curtis Hall from Public Works
provided a memo to the Board with an update detailing the status of the HARP road projects.
Public Works is on schedule and staff believes that they will complete all the projects on the 2022
HARP list in the IGA by year end.
To date the 2022 HRP program has completed one project, is currently working on one project,
with two others ready to start this month, and the last one is scheduled to start in late
September.
1. Public Works has completed CR34/49.5-53 at a current cost of $443,079.
2. Public Works currently has one lift of three done on CR22/31-41, but only between
CR37 and CR41. This project is still on schedule to be completed the first week in
August
3. Public Works crews are working in the area around CR119/104-110 getting ready to
start this project later this month.
4. Public Works crews will be moving to CR390/112-136 to start asphalt repairs on July
18th.
5. The CR10/5-7 project is still on schedule to start earth work in late September and be
paved before the end of October.
REVIEW 2021 AUDIT: Chris D'Ovidio, Controller, stated McGee, Hearne & Paiz, LLP, Certified
Public Accountants, conducted the audit as of December 31, 2021, and no exceptions were found.
By motion duly made and seconded, the audit was approved unanimously.
There was no other business to come before the Board.
NEXT MEETING DATE: The next meeting date is October 17, 2022, at 3:00 p.m.
