ADVISORY COMMITTEE DON FARMER,
MYRON MAULDIN AND LYLE ANDERSON:
Commissioner Marshall Anderson offered the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, the Utilities Coordinating Committee shall consist of
seven members as provided by resolution dated August 19, 1970, and several
vacancies now exist; and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Don Farmer, Myron Mauldin
and Lyle Anderson be appointed for the ensuing term of three years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that Don Farmer, Myron Mauldin and Lyle Anderson
be and are hereby appointed to serve as members of the Weld County Utilities
Coordinating Committee for a term of three years ending December 31, 1973.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
