Public Notice (9 -26 -2022 -to -11-25-2022) —
Town of Lochbuie Amendment to the
208 Areawide Water Quality Management
Plan — 208 Wastewater Utility Service Area
Modification
The North Front Range Water Quality Planning Association (NFRWQPA) will conduct a public hearing to
amend the 208 Areawide Water Quality Management Plan. The public hearing date tentatively would be
December 22, 2022, at 2:00 PM. The Town of Lochbuie is proposing a modification to its 208
Wastewater Utility Service Area (WUSA) boundaries. The proposed 208 WUSA boundary modification is
in conjunction with the Town of Lochbuie's Utility Plan submitted on September 9, 2022 for
consideration and approval. Comments may be expressed during the association public hearing/
meeting tentatively set for 2 PM on December 22, 2022, or by contacting the NFRWQPA office
at mthomas@nfrwgpa.org. The referenced Utility Plan above in review may also be viewed on
the Association website here. This Public Notice may also be viewed on the Association website here.
