Bids were received and opened on August 17, 2022, for B2200121 - Cisco Network
Switches. Four (4) bids were received, however, two (2) have been disqualified for not
meeting the bid specifications. The range of the qualified bids ranges from
$262,361.23 to $301,609.83. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Lewan Technology out of
Greenwood Village, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $262,361.23 and meets
the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2200121 - Cisco
Network Switches to Lewan Technology, for a total amount of $262,361.23.
