Gentlemen:
During the fourth quarter of 1971 the Public Trustee of Weld County
handled the following transactions:
757 Releases and Partial Releases of Deeds of Trust @ $3.00 $2,271.00
4 Forclosure Sales, Withdrawals and/or Redemptions 120.00
Total income for fourth quarter 1971 $2,391.00
Less necessary and reasonable expenses of clerk hire and other expenses
incidental to the conduct of Public Trustee office $ 735.59
Net income for fourth quarter 1971 $1,655.41
Limit by Statute for year, effective first 6 months $6,250, and for second
six months $10,000, plus all necessary and reasonable expenses of clerk hire
and other expenses incidental to conduct of the office of Public Trustee.*
