QUIT CLAIM DEED

of the said County of Blount and State of Tennessee, Grantor and
CMH Homes Inc., a Tennessee Corporation
whose legal address is 5000 Clayton Road, Maryville, TN 37804 of the said County of Blount and State of
Tennessee, Grantee:
WITNESS, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ($10,00) Ten Dollars and No Cents,
the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed, and
QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents do remise, release, sell, convey and Quit Claim, unto the
grantee, his heirs, successors and assigns, forever, all the right title, interest, claim and demand which
the grantor has in and to the real property, together with improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in
the Weld and State of Colorado, described as follows:

A parcel of land being a portion of the East one-haIf of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 36, Township 4 North, Range 66 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, County of Weld, State of Colorado,
Considering the East line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 36 as
bearing North 00°24'18" East, between the Southeast corner as
monumented with a 3-1/4" aluminum cap stamped LS 7272 and the East
corner as monumented with a 2-1/2" aluminum cap stamped LS 9644,
According to the Land Survey Plat recorded as reception number
3591786. With all bearings contained herein relative thereto.
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Section 36,
thence North 00'24'18" East, along the East line of the Southeast
Quarter of said Section 36, a distance of 1213.90 feet; thence departing
said East line, North 89°25'15" West, a distance of 941.56 feet; thence
North 00°24' IS" East, a distance of 331,25 feet; thence North 89°25'15"
West, a distance of 395.05 feet, to a point on the West line of the Fast
One-half of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 00°34'45" West, along
said West line, a distance of 1610.13 feet, to a point on the South line of
the Southeast Quarter of said Section 36; thence North 87°48'20" East,
along said South line, a distance of 1342.89 feet, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Containing an area of 1,800,583 square feet, or 4L336 acres, more or
less.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges
thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatsoever, of the grantor, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the
grantee, his heirs and assigns forever_ The singular number shall include the plural, the plural and the
singular and the use .f any gender shall be applicable to all genders.
