Bids were received and opened on March 22, 2022, for B2200068 - VMware
maintenance and support. Ten (10) bids were received ranging from $59,252.20 to
$67,960.61. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Saitech Inc. out of
Fremont, CA proposed the lowest cost solution of $59,252.20 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2200068 - VMware
maintenance and support to Saitech Inc., for a total amount of $59,252.20.
