The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. E2 Optics, LLC out of
Englewood, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $84,778.74 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2200110 - Cabling to
E2 Optics, LLC, for a total amount of $84,778.74.
