Attached please find a letter from the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment notifying Weld County DHS of the
extension of the Intergovernmental Data -Access Contract between our agencies. This letter provides a 2 month
extension while we finalized a new agreement for the next term that will start on April 1, 2022. The original contract is
references as Tyler ID #2017-0722.

Re: Extension of Intergovernmental Data -Access Contract between Weld County and the Colorado
Department of Labor and Employment, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services dated March 30,
2017.
Dear Ms. Cobb,
This letter serves as written notice that the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, Division of
Vocational Rehabilitation Services wishes to extend the term of the above -referenced Data -Access
contract for up to an additional 2 months while the Department finalizes a new agreement for the
parties. We anticipate that the new contract will be executed by and become effective on April 1, 2022.
