WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission by Resolution dated March
6, 1973, has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners that the 1973 edition
of the Uniform Building Code be adopted, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution is attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interests of Weld
County to adopt the 1973 Uniform Building Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Resolution of the Weld County
Planning Commission pertaining to the 1973 Uniform Building Code be and the same
is hereby adopted.
Dated this 6th day of April, 1973.

RESOLUTION OF RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Moved by John Weigand that the following resolution be intro-
duced for passage by the Weld County Planning Commission :
Be iL therefore Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission
that the following be adopted by the Board of County Commissioners :
Adoption of the 1973 Uniform Building Code
To be recommended favorably to the Board of County Commissioners for
t h e following reasons : To supersede the '1970 Edition with no ,amendments.

The Chairman declared the motion passed and ordered that a certified copy
