ADD STREETS WITHIN NORTHMOOR ACRES
SUBDIVISION TO COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that they hereby accept certain portions of streets lying
within the Northmoor Acres Subdivision (Part of SWa of Section 24, Township
4 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado) said streets
being:
Cactus Drive .47 miles more or less 60' width
Saguaro Court .11 miles more or less 60' width
Yucca Court .11 miles more or less 60' width
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Gentlemen:
I reccommend that the roads Cactus Drive, Yucca Court and Suguaro Court
in Northmoor Acres First Filing located in the south quarter corner of Section
24, Township 4 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. be accepted by Weld County
for maintenance.

Gentlemen:
According to a letter received by us on November 5, 1973 from
Byron F. Ewing, we are hereby respectfully petitioning the Board
of County Commissioners to accept roads in Northmoor Acres First
Filing for maintenance.
It is our understanding that Mr. Ed Horst, Road Supervisor for
District 2, Weld County, has inspected, found satisfactory, and
recommends acceptance of Cactus Drive, Yucca Court, and Sugaro Court.
We further understand that we are responsible to you for road failure
one year from acceptance and that Flatiron Paving is responsible to
us for the same period.

Dear Mr. Marx:
Mr. Ed Horst, Road Supervisor for District 2 Weld County,
has reviewed the roads contained in the Northmoor Acres First
Filing. Mr. Horst has stated that the roads in question namely;
Cactus Drive, Yucca Ct. , and Suguaro Ct. are completed t0 his total:
satisfaction and he therefore has recommended that they be accepted
for maintenance.
This does not mean that they are accepted as yet however.
You must first petition the Board of County Commissioners requesting
acceptance for maintenance. This can be done in letter form. They
will then ask for an inspection and recommendation which has already
been done..at the contractors request. At that time they will prepare
a formal resolution of acceptance. Then they will release your bond.
You realize that you are responsible to us for any failures
on these roads for one full year from the date of the resolution as I 'm
sure your contractor is to you.
