DISCUSSION: Mr.
ug y explained they have a feeding operation. They :.ve a
problem of theft. Would like to have a mobile home there to live on the
property. They had previously applied for a mobile home permit and were
advised to apply for a zone change. Trucks for hauling hay are parked at
the site also. Mr. Lorenson recommended returning Mr. Doughty's money for
a zone change and have him appeal to the Board of Adjustment. Suggested
sending a letter of recommendation to the Board of Adjustment.
MOTION: By Mr. Bowles to have ;tr. Doughty withdraw the zoning application, appeal
to the Board of Adjustment for a mobile home permit to be put on a found-
( ation. A letter of recommendation to be written to the Board of Adjustment.
Second by Mr. Watson. A unanimous vote of "Aye". Motion carried.

APPEARANCE: Mr. Williams
DISCUSSION: Mr. Williams would like to use the property in question for boarding
horses, a riding arena, etc. Will have a snack bar and rest room facilities.
Mr. Lorenson recommended that the zone change be approved.
RESOLUTION:
Be it therefore resolved to recommend the zone change to the Board of
County Commissioners. Motion by Mr. Watson the zone change be approved as
it is appropriate for the land use around the area. Second by Mr. LePore.
A unanimous vote of "Aye". Motion carried.

SUBJi'CT: Expansion of feed lots
DISCUSSION: Mr. Watson presented maps showing the proposed expansion of feed lots- -
for Mr. Kurtz.
MOTION: By Mr. Bowles to take the matter under advisement and have Mr. Kurtz make
formal application for a Special Use Permit. Second by Mr. LePore. A un—
animous vote of "Aye". Notion carried.

DISCUSSION: Property is owned by 'srebster Land & Cattle Co. They have permission to
use any part of this area. It would be located to comply with the Zoning
Regulations. Would not be a year round operation. Anticipated approximately
10,000 head of cattle. Mr. Lorenson recommended that plans be presented be=
fore being approved. Mr. Kraus reported water would be from North Weld Water
` systesm. - No decision rendered until plans are presented.

stated the noise might be offensive in the area.
