MEMORANDUM TO: Clerk to the Board DATE: March 21, 2022 FROM: Dawn Anderson — Planning Services Dept. SUBJECT: Acceptance of Final Construction Plans and Deed of Dedication RE: USR18-0065 FINAL EXHIBITS AND CONDITIONS On August 3, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approved an Improvements and Road Maintenance Agreement (IA) as a condition of approval for case number USR18-0065 for a solid waste disposal site. When staff presented the IA to the BOCC it was communicated that the construction plans were only at a 30% design level and that at final acceptance the exhibit would be updated to include the final stamped set. These plans are an attachment to this memo for the file. Also attached to this memo is a signed Deed of Dedication which is presented to satisfy a condition of approval required with the approval of USR18-0065 for a Waste Disposal Facility and IA. Staff recommends that the BOCC Accept the Deed of Dedication for additional right of way for Weld County Road 25 between Waste Management Disposal Services of Colorado, Inc and Weld County as well as the final stamped construction plans as Exhibit C to the IA.
