As advertised this bid is for replacing the entry doors and hardware at the 1400 North 17th Avenue
building. The only bid is from Growling Bear and meets specifications.
However, the bid is approximately twice the amount anticipated for this project.
Therefore, the Facilities Department is recommending rejecting this bid while other solutions are
developed.
