Commissioner Riggs offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, a petition, signed by all the owners of adjoining properties requesting that the following described road be vacated and closed, has been filed with the Board of County Commissioners: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section Fifteen (15), Town- ship Seven (7) North, Range Sixty (60) West of the 6th P.M.; thence East along the section line between Sections Ten (10) and Fifteen (15); Eleven (11) and Fourteen (14); Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13) to the Northeast corner of Section 13, Township 7, North, Range 60 West: and Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section Fourteen (14), Town- ship Seven (7) North, Range Sixty (60) West of the 6th P.M.; thence South along the section line between Sections 13 and 14 to the Southeast corner of Section 14, Township 7, North, Range 60 West. GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at Township 7, range 59 , Beginning at the North side ,running between Sections 5,and 6 , to continue running south to the Morgan & Weld County line, also ,road beginning at Township line West running east two miles between sections 18 & 7 ,aleo 17 & 8,connecting with the North and South highway. Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
