RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Regional Communications Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
James Klug to said board as the Fire Zone North Representative, with a term to expire
December 31, 2022, and Tom Beach to said board as the Fire Zone South Representative, with
a term to expire December 31, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that James Klug and Tom Beach, be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Regional Communications Advisory Board, with terms to expire as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 2nd day of May, A.D., 2022.
