received and recommends awarding the bid to Ken Garff Ford of Greeley, as they are the lowest
bidder that meets all specifications. The bid is for one 2023 F550 4X4 Crew Cab with Dual rear
wheels and upfitter installed flat bed. The cost is for a total of $66,942.00.
