VACATION DEED OF PART OF THE TOWN OF GILL, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
Know all Men by These Presents: That The Gill-Decker Improvement Company, a corporation,
being the sole owner in fee simple of Blocks 1, 10, 11, 19, 20, 21 and 22, in the Town of Gill
Weld County, Colorado, shown upon the map of said Town of Gill filed in the officio:af the
County Clerk and Reoorder of Weld County, Colorado, on April 8, 1909, and recorded in Book 4
of Maps, page 94 of the records of Weld County, Colorado, do hereby set aside and vaoate those
portions of First Street, Second Street, Third Street, Fourth Street, Fifth Street, Sixth
Street, Seventh Avenue and Eighth Avenue, and all of Blocks 1, 10, 11, 19, 20, 21, and 22 as
shown within heavy red lines on the plat of the Town of Gill, Colorado, hereto attaoned; and
further do• set aside and vacate said platting as to each and all of the above described h]ocko
and as to all platting of any lots within said blocks or any of them, and all of said blocks,
lots , streets and avenues; which plat is located in a portion of the Southwest quarter of
Seotion Twenty-seven, in Township Six North, of Range Sixty-four West of the 6th P. M.
Dated this 12th day of Maroh, 1920.

certify that W. H. Gill & E J Decker who are personally known to Ile to Do the sae persons
whose names are subscribed to the foregoing vacation deed as having executed the same respec-
tively as President and Secretary of The G111-Decker Improvement Company , a corporation, and
who are known to me to be such offioera respectively, appeared before ma this day in person,
and severally acknowledged that the seal affixed to the foregoing instrument is the Corporate
Seal of said corporation; that the same was thereunto affixed by the authority of paid corpor-
ation; that Said instrument was by like authority subscribed with its corporate nrre ; that the
said W H Gill is the President of said corporation and the said E J Decker is Sece tary there-
of; that by the . authority cf said corporation they respectively subscribed their ne.-ses there-
to as President and Secretary, and that they signed sealed and deliverci the 'aid instrument
of writing as their free and voluntary sot and deed, and as the free anal vcluntary Rot nil
lead of said corporation for the uses and purposes therein set forth.
