Home My WebLink About20220245.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVE MAP OF ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARIES IN WELD COUNTY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on January 17, 2022, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to January 19, 2022, to allow additional time to review the map details, and WHEREAS, upon review, Ms. Koppes has presented the Board with a map indicating the boundaries and precinct numbers of the voting precincts in Weld County, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A," and WHEREAS, upon review, Ms. Koppes has also presented the Board with a list of the precincts and the number of Active Registered Electors in each precinct, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B," and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve said voting precinct map. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the map of the voting precincts and their boundaries in Weld County, Colorado, be, and hereby is, approved. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of January, A.D., 2022.
