Dear Rev. Gallegos:
This office is charged with the duty of enforcing the Zoning Regulations
of Weld County , Colorado . Examination of the above mentioned premises
indicates the following to be in violation :
Junk cars in which you may have
an interest in.
You are requested to desist, abate and comply with the regulations of
the County. Unless the same is done within ten days from the date
hereof , this matter will be referred to the County Attorney for legal
action.
Inspection will be made ten days from the data of this letter; and
upon compliance with the demand made herein , this matter will be re-
solved without further action. It is the intention of this office to
assist and co-operate with the residents of Weld County without im-
posing undue hardships ; however , we have no discretion in this matter
if you fail to comply with the County regulations now in force .
• In the event this matter is referred for court action , violators will
be subject to the following penalties : (Provided for in 63 CRS ,
Section 106-2-24)
"Any person , firm or corporation violating any regulations shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor , and upon conviction thereof shall be
fined not more than one hundred dolloars ( $100 .00 ) , or imprisoned
not more than ten ( 10 ) days , or both. Each and everyday during
which the violation continues shall be a separate offense. "
