Hi Angela,
Would it be too late for me to slide our date with the BOCC for Overland Solar from Weds., March
16th to the following Weds., March 23rd? I ask because I have had an internal OneEnergy conflict
come up, I am expected to be out of state that week for work.
If we are unable to postpone to the 23rd, would I be able to attend the BOCC meeting on the 16th
remotely, via Zoom or other video conferencing platform?
Please let me know, and I am very sorry about the last-minute rescheduling! Best,

RE: Overland Solar - BOCC Meeting on 3/16
March 30th looks good to me. As Kris indicated, the 3/16 hearing has been noticed, so we'll keep it listed on that date
and use the written request from the applicant below to include with the file as an Exhibit. Typically, we would still
encourage them to be present, since the continuance is at the discretion of the Board, but in this instance it doesn't
sound like that could be accommodated.
