Your request to meet with the hospital Board of Trustees at the next
regular meeting for funding support to the North Central Comprehen-
sive Health Planning Association, Inc, was presented to the President
of the Board. The President suggested that I first contact Mr. Glenn
Billings, Chairman of the Weld County Board of County Commissioners
to be sure that no conflicts existed between the hospital and Weld County
on this matter. Mr. Billings suggested that the hospital refer your re-
quest to the Weld County Board of County Commissioners as they have
previously been in discussion with you on this subject.
I must therefore advise you that before a meeting can be arranged with
the hospital Board of Trustees, you should first meet with the Weld
County Board of County Commissioners and any future meeting with the
Trustees will be contingent on the outcome of your meeting with the Com-
missioners.
