Shultz (Former Chairman) Dear Mr. Shultz and Gentlemen: Re: Road between sections 11 and 14 Tp. 7 N. Rg. 64 W. Mr. William A . Rissman, upon whose petition the Board acted favorably by resolution to re-open the above-described road, adopted at the first January, 1965 meeting of the Board, has recently advised me that he inspected the proposed location of the road to be re- opened and found that Mr. Guy A. Shable was plowing and undertaking to farm the proposed road right of way this season. Although we appreciate the weather problems this past winter and early Spring which would justifiably explain some of this delay, we are apprehensive that if Mr. Shable is allowed now to prepare the right of way for crop this coming season we may be involved in problems which will result in further delay in effecting the opening and surveying and building of the road in question. Accordingly, we again most earnestly request that the Board give this matter its very immediate atten- tion and instruct the road supervisor in the area in which this road is to be re-opened to promptly undertake the establishment by survey and the opening and building of the road referred to in said January, 1965, resolution. Stats. Rev. 1953, so that the vacating thereof left the lands of said petitioners, to-wit: The Southwest Quarter of Section 12, Tp. 7 N. Range 64 W. 6th P. PETITION TO VACATE, ABANDON AND CI;OSE 'COUNTYLROADici WHEREAS, a petition, signed by more than two-thirds of the owners of eJ lands adjoining the county public road between Sections 7 and 18, in Township 7 North, Range 62 West, being one mile of the road designated County Road No. 583, opened June 5, 1913, and the county public road between Sections 12 and 13, in Township 7 North, Range 63 West, being one mile of the road designated County Road No. 645, opened June 10, 1916, requesting that said two miles of road, described herein, be vacated, abandoned and closed, has been presented to The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, .and, WHEREAS, after full investigation and consideration, it appears that the necessities of the public no longer require a county road between said Sections 7 and 18, in Township 7 North, Range 62 West ,of the 6th Principal Meridian; and between said Sections 12 and 13, in Township 7,North, Range 63 West of the 6th Principal Meridian.
