The west 20 feet of the east 50 feet of the
south 1976.90 feet of said NE*, containing
0.908 Acres more or less.
BE IT STILL FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, requests that
both the resolution and Grant of Easement and Right-of-Way
be recorded.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote:::

GRANT OF EASEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That CARL MEYER and
EZRA MEYER, Co-Trustees, 2925 23rd Avenue, Greeley, Colorado, in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10. 00) in hand paid, and in consideration
co that the County of Weld, State of Colorado, will arrange for the con-

.-t struction of a surfaced driveway not to exceed twelve (12) feet in shoulder
width from a point on 23rd Avenue to the Carl Meyer residence located
n� in the East half (El) of the Northeast quarter (NEI) of Section 24, Town-
cot ship 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado,
co (the starting location of said driveway shall be determined by Mr. Carl
✓ Meyer when the major construction on 23rd Avenue is substantially
complete and the best location chosen), do hereby grant, bargain, sell
° and convey to Weld County, Colorado, a permanent easement and right-
of-way for the installation, construction, repair, maintenance and re-
construction of a road and appurtenance thereto, together with all rights

and privileges as are necessary or incidental to the reasonable and
I proper use of said easement and right-of-way, in and to, over, under
and across the following described real property, situate in the County
of Weld, State of Colorado, to-wit:
A parcel of land along the East line of the North-
east quarter (NE ') of Section 24, Township 5
North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M. , Weld
County, Colorado, described as follows:
The west 20 feet of the east 50 feet of the south
1976. 90 feet of said NE-'I, containing 0. 908 acres
more or less.
The consideration hereinstated is in full compensation for all damages
which would be considered and assessed in any award or Court verdict
in a proceeding under the statutes of Colorado, to condemn saidstrip of
land for a public road.
