DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS-OF-WAY
ANTELOPE HILLS SUBDIVISION SECOND FILING:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that it does hereby approve the dedication of the perpetual rights-
of-way over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the
public in Antelope Hills Second Filing, being a subdivision located in the
Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section 13, Township 6 North, Range 67 West of the
6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the North Quarter Corner (N * Cor) of said Section
13, and considering the North line of the Northwest Quarter (NWe)
of said Section 13 to bear South 88° 59' 02" West and with all
other bearings contained herein being relative thereto:
Thence South 88° 59' 02" West, 521.17 feet to the True Point of
beginning; Thence South 01° 37' 04" East, 494.86 feet; Thence
South 59° 56' 33" West, 568.00 feet; Thence South 73° 56' 33"
West, 296.75 feet; Thence South 16° 03' 27" East, 75.38 feet;
Thence South 73° 56' 33" West, 301.10 feet; Thence North 16°
03' 27" West, 270.00 feet; Thence North 10° 27' 00" West, 344.76
feet; Thence North 29° 06' 57" West, 107.77 feet; Thence North
41° 40' 40" West, 398.91 feet to the North Line of the Northwest
Quarter (NW*) of said Section 13; Thence North 88° 59' 02" East,
along the North Line of the Northwest Quarter (NW -) of said
Section 13, 1,486.46 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Contains
21.958 acres.
and
BE IT RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for filing
and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are approved,
provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of said
streets, roads, and rights-of-way until they have been constructed by the subdivider
according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld, and
BE IT STILL FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subdivider shall post cashiers
check Number 42679, issued on the Greeley National Bank, in the amount of $3,000.00
in lieu of the bond of $7,450.00, as recommended by the Weld County Planning
Commission, and that said cashiers check #42679 will be retained for both
Filing Antelope Hills and also Second Filing Antelope Hill Subdivison.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
