To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of hELD -County, Colorado: GENTLEMEN: Your hietars appointed on the 17th day of March 19 2011, view a County Road prayed for in a certain petition presented to your honorable body on the above named day and date, a copy of which has been received by us, -Pis: Commencing at The Southwest corner of Section 36, Township 7, Range 61, Thence North to the Northwest corner of Section: 1, Township 7, Range 61. - Respecifally submit the following report. to-wit: After receiving our authority to act, we met at the starting point of said pro- posed road, on the 17th day, of. .March - -- _ ._. . 19 2 O the hour of_.-2 : 00.-_o'clock P•. ill., being the time and place specified in our appointment, and proceeded to view the road prayed for in said petition, as follows: We commenced at the starting point named in said petition., and run As petitioned. the last named point being the terminus thereof, and the road as above laid out and viewed being over the most practicable route which we, in our judgment, can find. We found it necessary to make the following changes in, the proposed route as prayed for, viz: Commencing at the NW corner of Sec . 1, Tp. 7, R. 61, going South over the the proposed road, we find the condition good until we get in the Sid' quarter of Sec . 24 and the SE quarter of Dec . 23, we find a lake that crosses the road and that the viewers recommend going around on West side of said lake and the distance of 20 rod thewide Hart of which is 5 rod West of said sec . line . Then between sec . 25 and. 26 there is a bad place there for the first quarter of e mile of which the farmers in that locality agree to cut the hill down so that it will be passable without any cost to the county. So therefore , the expenses for opening the said six mile of road would be a small bri:.ge between sec . 11-12 of 10 feet of union the cost will be 4,105 .00 including labor and tnc builds: g of a fence around said lake between sec . 23 and 24. The viewers reconeenc the granting, of said petition. /cc - /L.
