To Whom It May Concern,
We, Marcia Craig and Linda Craig, want to formally protest the building of the proposed
viaero cellular tower north of Stoneham, Colorado, at the junction of Highway 71 and Count
Road 102. Our private property and U.S. government pastureland that we lease is located
directly across Highway 71 on the east and would be literally yards away from the ro osed
p p
tower. Both of our homes would be two miles or less away from the tower and for many reasons
that we will explain in this letter we stared in total objection to this Jro' ect.

Our family homesteaded land on this ranch over 100 years ago and our family has lived at our
current farmstead location for 82 years., we have always had a great appreciation for the natural
beauty of this area, and have striven to be good stewards of the land, the natural resources and
the wildlife and birds that live on the land. There are many scientists, researchers and medical
doctors who are .now actively showing growing evidence of the destructive effects of
electromagnetic field (EMF) radiation that these towers produce and the alarmingly harmful
consequences to humans, domestic animals and wildlife. Since the proposed tower is a 4G tower
the scientific research we will bring forward will pertain primarily to 4G or less.
The multi -billion dollar a year cellular business has done much to silence whistle -blowers on
the industry. As early as the 19990's researchers were finding that E F radiation was damaging
the DICTA in lab animals, Cell towers emit microwave radiation lire the radiation in a microwave
oven. Current government FCC standards are supposed to protect people from heating effects of
this radiation, but their standards are much less protective than most other countries around the
world. The World Health Organization International Agency for research on Cancer
(W110/IARC) in 2011 classified radio field (RF) radiation of any type as a "Group possibly
ossibl y
carcinogenic to humans" agent. Dr. Anthony B. Miller, who was one of the original 2011
reviewers of scientific literature who supported this riling, issued a statement in 2017 that RF
radiation from any source should now be classified as a "Group 1 carcinogenic to humans" agent

based on the growing body of scientific research, (See Attachment 1) Other medical doctors are
also sounding this same alarm. We are enclosing attachments from several other medical doctors
as well who support this. (See Attachments 2-)
Research is showing that in tests on lab rats that simulated cell tower emissions rats
developed cancers and had low litter birth weights. (See Attachment ) Cattle grazing near cell
towers would be negatively affected as well and it would stand to reason they would have lower
calving birth weights.

Cancer and DICTA damage are not the only harmful EMF radiation threats to humans,
however. Doctors are seeing patients who are negatively affected by cell tower emissions that
have symptoms including fatigue, headaches, rashes, tinnitus, repeated infections, infertility,
memory issues, brain fog, heart issues, hormone imbalances and neurodegenerativ+e diseases
including Alzheimer's. ( See Attachment 4 )
Cell tower emissions are also accumulative and the EIF radiation can travel up to 21 miles
according to Mike Adams, editor of NaturaNews. cony. People and animals can be bombarded
from many directions, from many different towers. (See Attachment 7) In 2016, there were
308,334 cell towers in. the U.S. according to MD afeTech.com. We have seen statistics that
there were 417,215 active cell sites in the U.S. in 2020. There are currently 4 active cellular
carriers in this area and the cellular coverage is good. There is a tower only 5 miles north of the
projected tower. Our neighbor who has lived near that tower for several years recently died
of cancer. We need no more towers! There must be a limit to this invisible "electropollution" t
Rick Bailey of Tower west said ' iaero wanted to fill in the gaps in the cell service in the
North Pawnee Creek area — in other words they want to blast right on our farmstead area. The
cell reception is not as strong in the low areas here but it is completely usable, It ' s just not
"their" cell service. We do not want any more radiation! Everywhere on our ranch would be
receiving very high radiation levels and at times we would be working only yards away from the
tower. Cattle would be grazing very near the towers at tirnes and based on the results of the
Ramazzird Institute study, this could be very hard on them as well.
The wildlife are also tragically affected by E11F radiation as many studies attest to, A study
done by Ilecedo et al in Brazil showed appalling results. Their research shoved that where there
was cell service there were almost no mammals. Even in forests where there was no other
human intrusion or "footprint" they found only about an 18% chance of finding an animal and
only a 4% chance of finding threatened species. The animals leave the area in other words.
Research done in India, shows that cell tower emissions are very harmful to plants a wildlife, bees
and birds. Other research shows that migratory birds lose their natural compass when they are in
contact with cellular frequencies. (See Attachment )
As mentioned earlier, we lease some U.S. Forest Service pastureland on the east side of
Highway 71 next to the proposed tower site. On government pasture they will not allow an
prairie dog control unless the U.S. Forest Service does it in order to protect wildlife on public
lands, The proposed tower would be harming wildlife on public land, and that alone should be
enough to stop the project. This area is also the .Pawnee National Grasslands area and the tower
would be yet another industrial scar next to the highway in our beautiful prairie landscape.
For over 100 years our family has worked very hard to take care of the land. We have been
very conscientious not to overgraze to protect the Buffalo Grass stands and soil, and this in turn
gives the wildlife forage and cover. We have employed farming practices that protected soil
from blowing. We only use herbicides and pesticides when absolutely necessary and have
always been careful of wildlife and trees while doing say. On years when the deer population
appears lower, we do not allow hunting so the deer can have a sanctuary in our meadows. We
work very hard to maintain our own health. To allow Viaero to build a cellular tower that emits
microwave radiation that would be harmful to us, our animals and the natural environment, so
close to our property without our consent, would be unjust and a violation of our rights as U.S.
citizens.

U.N. Environment Programme Urged to Protect Nature and
Humankind from Electromagnetic Fields (EMF)
4G/SG antenna densification is escalating health risks - a global crisis
New York, NY, July 22, 2919. The Advisors to the International EMF Scientist Appeal, representing 248 scientists from 42
nations, have resubmitted The Appeal to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Executive Director, Inger
Andersen, requesting the UNEP reassess the potential biological impacts of next generation 4G and 5G telecommunication
technologies to plaints, animals and humans.
There is particular urgency at this time as new antennas will be densely located throughout residential neighborhoods using much
higher frequencies, with greater biologically disruptive pulsations, more dangerous signaling characteristics, plus transmitting
equipment on, and inside, homes and buildings. The Advisors to The Appeal recommend MEP seriously weigh heavily the
findings of the independent, non -industry associated EMF science.

The Appeal highlights the world Health Organization's (WHO) conflicting positions abo-ut EMF risk. The WHO's International

low frequency fields in 2001, Nonetheless, the WHO continues to ignore its own agency's recommendations and favors
guidelines recommended by the International Commission an Non -Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRII, a. private German
NGO with industry ties lung criticized for promoting guidelines not protective of humans, and falsely assuming authority. In
addition, it should be noted that no nation has established EMF exposure guidelines aiming to protect animals and plants.
The Appeal calls on the United Nations to resolve the inconsistencies among its sub -organizations and to seriously address the
rapidly escalating health and environmental crisis caused by man-made EMF pollution. Leadership is needed now, especially in
light of urgent warnings from international scientists about 4G/5G4G/5G antenna densification, the Internet of Things (IoT), and plans
for significant radiation from space emitted by tens of thousands of satellites now being launched.

Ronald Melnick, Ph.D., Advisor to The Appeal and former scientist at the U.S. National Toxicology Program (NTP) within the
National Institutes of Health (NIH), who managed the design and development of the WIT's recently published 30 million
animal study showing a clear link between radio frequency radiation (RFR) and cancer, states: `{results from the NTP study show
that the previously held assumption that radiofrequeney radiation cannot cause cancer or other adverse health effects is clearly

Teton Villager WY -- (SRWIRE) -- 08/16/2017 -- An expert cancer researcher and advisor to the world Health Organization
International Agency for Research on Cancer (WHO/IARC) has issued his scientific opinion that radiofrequency (RF)
radiation from any source - such as the signals emitted by cell phones, other wireless and cordless and sensor devices,
and wireless networks - fully meets criteria to be classified as a "Group 1 carcinogenic to humans" agent, based on
scientific evidence associating RF exposure to cancer development and cancer promotion.
"The evidence indicating wireless is carcinogenic has increased and can no longer be ignored," stated Dr. Anthony B.
Miller at a July 31, 2017 lecture in Jackson Hole, Wyoming sponsored by the Environmental Health Trust where
international experts presented the best available science on cell phone and wireless radiation, In 2011 r WHO1IARC
classified RF radiation from any source as a "Group 2B possibly carcinogenic to human" agent. Miller believes the evidence
published since 2011 fulfills the requirements to re-classify RF radiation as a "Group 1 carcinogenic to humans" agent.
Diller explained that the basis for his opinion includes recent scientific publications which include the 2017 re -analysis of
data from the Interphone study, the 2014 French National CERENAT Study, several new publications on Svvedish canker
data, and the 2016 results of the National Toxicology Program.
Dr, Anthony B. Miller is a physician epidemiologist who specializes in cancer etiology/ prevention, and screening. Miller is
Professor Emeritus at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health of the University of Toronto and Senior Medical Advisor to
the Environmental Health Trust. He has been longtime advisor to the World Health Organization (WHO) and was Senior
Epidemiologist for the international Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC). He served as Director of the Epidemiology Unit
of the National Cancer Institute of Canada, Chair of the Department of Preventive Medicine and Biostatistics at the
University of Toronto, Head of the Division of Cancer Epidemiology at the German Cancer Research Centre/ and
Consultant to the Division of Cancer Prevention of the U.S. National Cancer Institute. He has performed research about
electromagnetic fields and cancer and has served on many committees assessing carcinogenicity of various exposures.
Miller was visiting Senior Scientist in the IARC Monographs programme as a reviewer to the scientific literature supporting
designation ofRadiofrequoncyElectromagnetic Fields (RF-EMF) as a Group 26 possible carcinogen in 2011
Other experts agree that the increased evidence now establishes RF radiation as a human carcinogen. For example,
researchers Dr. Lennart Nardell and Michael Carlberg have published several epidemiological studies that found
increased brain cancer associated with long-term cell phone use and conclude that "RF radiation should Be regarded as a
human carcinogen causing glioma." in addition, published epidemiological research has also found persons diagnosed
vvith brain cancer had decreased survival rates associated with higher wireless phone use.

first responders who developed brain cancer after combined environmental exposures to chemical toxins and wireless
radiation. Theodora Scarato, MSvv presented policies enacted by governments worldwide to reduce RF radiation
exposures. Dr. Marc Arazi presented data released by the cell phone radiation test program of the Government of France,
vvhich found that when cell phones are tested in body contact positions, RF radiation exposure exceeds regulatory limits.

Sciences and National Toxicology Program of the National Institutes of Health. I am currently a
scholar in Residence at the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University,
''wireless networks, cell towers and cell phones create radiofreguency radiation emissions. U.S.
FCC limits for human exposure to radiofrequency were last reviewed in 1996 and based on the
assumption that heating is the only harmful effect. Aware that the FCC's 1996 limits lacked the
underpinning of solid scientific data .regarding long term health effects, the FDA requested
large-scale studies by the National Toxicology Program (NTP) and in 2018 the NTP studies
found clear evidence of an association with cancer in male rats. Additionally, the NITP found
heart damage and DNA damage, despite the fact that the animals were carefully exposed to
non -heating RFR levels lone assumed to be safe. The Ramazzini Institute animal studies used
even lower RFIR lower exposures to approximate cell tower emissions and also found increases
of the same tumor type. The NTP studies were carefully controlled to ensure exposures did not
significantly heat the animals. The animal study findings in combination with human studies
indicate adverse effects from non heating levels of radiofreguency.
!document the importance of the NTP findings of effects from non thermal exposures in ray
declaration in an Amicus Brief for the case Environmental Health Trust et al v. the FCC. The
August 13, 2021 judgment ordered the FCC to address several issues including the health
implications of long term exposures.
A mounting body of published studies associates rad iofrequency radiation with adverse
negative health effects. FCC limits need to be strengthened to protect the public, especially
children and vulnerable populations, from long term exposures.

I am a public health physician and former Dean of the School of Public Health at the University at
Albany. I ant also theCo-Editor-in-Chief of the B ioinitiative Report (www.bioinitiative.org), a web -
based encyclopedic review of the adverse human health effects caused by excessive exposure to
radiofrequency (RF) electromagnetic fields (EMFs). For a number of years I worked for the New York
State Department of Health prior to my move to the University at Albany and served as the spokesperson
for New York on issues related to EMFs.
Residents of Pittsfield have requested that I write concerning the operation of a newly constructed cell
tower in a residential neighborhood. This is extremely unwise, and its operation is going to increase the
risk of several different and serious disease among the people who live nearby. These diseases have been
reviewed carefully by Devitt and Lai (Environ Rev 18:369-395: 2010) . They include an increased risk of
cancer (Egan et al., Umwelt-Med Gesell 171, 42004: 2004), altered hormones Es ander et al., lin
Biochem 45: 157-161: 2012) and development of the syndrome of electro-hypersensitivity, characterized
by headache, fatigue, "brain fog" and ringing in the ears Ba,liatsas et al., Sci Total Environ 565: 714-720:

The evidence for harm from cell towers is made much stronger based on a recent report from the
Ramazzini Institute in Italy. They exposed rats and mice to RF EMFs at an intensity similar to what
humans would receive if they live near to a cell tower, and found that they developed two types of brain
cancer (Falcioni et a1., Environ Res 165: 496-503: 2018).
Cell towers should not be placed in residential areas or any other area where people spend prolonged
periods of time. Approval of the operation of this tower, with its potential of 48 different antennas, poses
significant risk to the health of nearby residents.

Thank you for giving nee the opportunity to respond to the monitoring conducted by V-COMM
Telecommunications Engineers, dated June 15, 2021 ,
As I presented to the Health Department on June 2, 2021, radio frequency guidelines differ by more
than 4 orders of magnitude globally. Such a wide range of guidelines is unheard of when it comes
to air quality or water quality guidelines, which are relatively similar in countries around the world.
The primary reason for this large discrepancy in radio frequency guidelines is that ,guidelines in
some jurisdictions are based on science and those in others are based on politics and a strong
telecommunications lobby. The least protective radio frequency guidelines are based on a heating
effect of the body and are generally short-tertn in. duration (i.e. averaged over a period of 6 to 30
minutes). The most protective guidelines are based on either biological effects (other than heating'
anal on the precautionary principle.
The FCC provides a short-term guideline that monitors average levels during a. 30 -minute period
for exposure of the public(uncontrolled environment) and during a 6 -minute period for
occupational exposure (controlled environment).
As a person with expertise in public health, you should be aware that organisms respond to
extremes rather than. averages. If you place your hand in scalding water and then pare cold water
on the hard, the average water temperature will be much lover but the damage from scalding will
still be apparent.
The two levels of guidelines that the FCC recognizes is occupational and public exposure. what
they fail to recognize is exposure: of sensitive populations, despite the fact that they have been
aware of microwave illness among radar workers since the 1950s (Glaser 1971;

Dr. Paul Heroux provided a technical response to the monitoring report you received and I agree
with his assessment. I'm providing the biological response of sensitive populations.
In 2004, the world Health Organization held an International Seminar and Working group meeting
on BI F Hypersensitivity in Prague. At that meeting this is the definition they used for

. aphenomenon where individuals experience adverse health effects -while using or being in the
vicinity of devices emanating electric, magnetic, or electromagnetic fields (ET's),

exposures are generally several orders of magnitude under the limits in internationally accepted
standards."
It is this last statement that I wish to comment on.
I have been working with people who have been harmed by exposure to electromagnetic radiation
at levels well below federal ,guidelines. In a double-blind, placebo -controlled study, we monitored
the reaction of the heart to microwave radiation and found that levels at 0.3% of federal guidelines

There is a growing concern that microwave exposure, used for wireless telecornmunication,will be harmful to life on
the planet, and that it will destroy the environment through unsustainable energy consumption, radiation emissions,

which, in turn, will increase the risk of cybercrime, data leap, theft, resale, and misuse of artificial intelligence, Its

strict recommendations, effective self-protection requirements and consecutive measures for humans and wildlife,
and firm regulation of electromagnetic field (EMF) radiation sources and their exposures of the general public and
of the wildlife. Along those lines, a Cease and Desist Order is a first vital and crucial step, however, it must be
ensured that the operator does not only remove the antenna tourer but also the microwave exposures as such.
My name is 01le Johansson, and I am a neuroscientist, retired from the world-famous Karolinska Institute and the
equally famous Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden, both with their close associations to the Nobel

Cease and Desist Order because I understand that you at present are concerned about the fast deployment of wireless
systems, especially the 5G version of cell phone communication, without adequate sharing of information with the
public, as welt as about the cumulative harm which is mounting from today's rapidly increasing levels of

For many gears I have been studying the health and biological effects of wireless gadgets, such as cell phones,
DECT phones, WIFi, wireless baby alarms, smart meters, laptops, and similar. During this work, I have been
contacted by many residents around the world, in connection with different legal bills, appeals and public calls, and
in connection with proposed base station installations, wireless systems near and in schools, smart meters in homes
and in workplaces, 1G, 20, 3G, 4G, 5G, and much more.
'Fireless communication is now being implemented in our daily life in a very fast way. At the same time, it is
becoming more and more obvious that exposure to electromagnetic fields may result in highly unwanted health
effects. This has been demonstrated in a very large number of studies .and includes cellular DNA darna.,ge (which
.may lead to the initiation of cancer as well as mutations that carry down generations), disruptions and, alterations of
cellular functions like increases in intracellular stimulatory pathways and calcium handling, disruption of tissue
structures like the blood -brain barrier (which may allow toxins to enter the brain), impact on the vessel and immune
functions, and loss of fertility. It should be noted that we are not the only species in jeopardy, practically all animals,
plants, and bacteria may be at stake. For the latter, Taheri et al (2 17) have demonstrated that the exposure to 900
MHz GSM mobile phone radiation and 2.4 GHz radiofrequency radiation, emitted from common. i-Tii routers rude

So, in essence, science is providing ever more convincing evidence that the radiation emitted by our wireless
tele+com.municati ons systems can affect biological systems including humans and wildlife, These biological effects
are acting even at very low exposure levels.
It is clearly not enough just to ensure exposure levels are below the World Health Organization (WHO)
recommended levels, The WHO recommendations are designed to protect cells from excessive temperature increase
successive to a maximal 30 minutes exposure to radicf`reguency/microwave radiations. The bases for these
recommendations were established in the late 1990s and have not been revised since then, even though:
- wireless technologies have developed very rapidly over the past 20 years,
exposure pattern has completely changed (ubiquitous, repeated, prolonged exposure, exposure of children, fetuses,
etc.)
considerable scientific progress has been made in the identification of biological and health effects.
To date, we can no longer deny that thousands and thousands of studies indicate very real effects. The unbridled
develop-ment of wireless systems is, its the more or less short terns, conflicting with the health and protection of
ecosystems. Observations and return on experience indicate that damages are already in action.
I would like to remind you that, in 2011, the World Health Organization classified the radiofreguency and
microwave emissions of wireless technologies as possible carcinogens. However, cancer is only one of the long -terra
consequences of prolonged exposure. Radiofrequency radiation affects our cells long before cancer develops. Our
body reacts with oxidative stress and inflammatory processes, when the exposure is repeated or prolonged, these
mechanisms are maintained and may cause sleep disorders, disturbances in cognitive and reproductive functions,
damage to cells and DNA. In the long run, the body's defense systems are being exhausted and diseases are
threatening:
- repeated infections,
- infertility,
- developmental disorders (e. g. embryonic),

- cardiovascular diseases,

Every generation of wireless technology also swells the ranks of electrohypersensitive people who physically suffer

Study makes up for past studies' shortcomings
what sets this study apart is the fact that the rats were exposed to levels of radiofreguency radiation that
are haler the permitted amounts set by the U.S. FCC. This means they are akin to the levels that
people can legally be exposed to in the United States. While the National Toxicology Program) reached
similar findings, it had been criticized forusing higher doses of radiation in its study.

Animals Avoid Areas with Cell Coverage
Macedo (2018) found ceilphone coverage is a very efficient indicator of human presence at
global scale and that where there is cell phone coverage the probability of finding an animal is
low (18%), and for threatened species even lower (4%), This is consistent the authors
state,"even in forested areas were no other footprint evidence is easily detectable:'
A Scientific American bf og stated "their study reveals that many sites which the Human Footprint
Index ranks as "rvadless" and therefore hospitable to wildlife actually have high levels of cell coverage,

UNESCO World Heritage Wildlife Area Species Disappearing After Cell Towers Appeared

environment with declines in insect, bird and wildlife populations in cities and where cell

showed bio effects and 28 (or 11%) did not show bioeffects. The literature also confirms
that ,antioxidants block the cellular harm from RF radiation.

Thielens (2+018) researched small millimeter wavelengths now used in SG or 5th generation
communication technology (SGElz-300GHz ),These wavelengths are quite small and the size

5G millimeter wavelengths have more complex penetration characteristics and interactions
with biological systems. These have never been found in nature. 5G uses a phased array with
multiple antennas rapidly layering pulses one on tip of the other and not allowing any
recovery. Beam steering technology is also used and allows for focused narrow beams that

especially in early development. He also studied the effects of phone masts on amphibians
repealing tadpoles to have a high mortality, slower and asynchronous growth (Balmori 2008)
Birds
Engles et al (2014) notes that birds contain magnetite which orients them to the Earth's
magnetic field, He exposed migratory European robins to background electromagnetic noise
present in unstreened wooden huts at the University of Oldenburg city campus in Germany
and found they could not orient using their magnetic compass. If grounded their orientation
reappeared but disappeared again if broadband radiofrequencres were generated inside the
huts. He did not believe the effects at first and performed the same double -blinded study
many times in 7 years and with different graduate students to confirm the effect before
publishing his findings.

Sharma et al (2014) looked at bee behavior placing a cell phone near a hive. They found
worker bees returned less and less frequently to the beehive after the installation of a mobile
phase. There was a significant decline in colony strength and the rate of queen egg
laying. Favre et al (2017) clearly demonstrated that bee behavior is disrupted by exposure to
cell phone GSM radiofrequency radiation and caused worker bees to emit a piping signal to
swarm. Bees have also demonstrated aggression after 30 minutes of cell phone

bees. Carrimaerts (2017) has done a number of studies can cell phone radiation and found

W'aldmann-Selsam (2016) looked at the connection between unusual (generally unilateral)
tree damage and radiofrequency exposure over 5 years in 2 cities in Germany. The
researchers found significant differences between the damaged side facing a phone mast and
the opposite side, as well as differences between the exposed side of damaged trees and all
other groups of trees in both sides. Of the 30 trees its low EMF environment there was no
damage.

RF-EMFs from mobile phones show physiological andlor morphological effects"on plaits, His
research found "maize, roselle, pea, fenugreek, duckwPeds, tomato, onions and mungbean plants
seem to be very sensitive to RF-EMFs."This would mace sense as plant cells evolved to
communicate via tiny electromagnetic forces.
Quershi et al (2017) exposed dry chickpea seeds to tellphone radiation in the 900MHz and
3.31 GHZ frequencies with untreated seeds as a control. The researchers found the none

samples near and far from cell towers and identified increased levels of antibiotic resistance.

scientists who say the signals are threatened by 5G, the emerging "fifth generation" of
wireless communication devices that could create enough electronic noise on radio
spectrums to reduce forecasting shills and distort computer models needed to predict the

launched ,NOAA and NASA are both concerned. In 2019 a letter was written to the FCC by
senators Wyden and Cantwell asking that the FCC not allow communications in the 24 GHz
range used by NOAA and NASA.
A 5_G Space Appeal has also been launched, arguing that there will be unprecedented global
environmental change. The Space Appeal notes, "If the telecommunications industry's plans for
SG come to fruition, no person, no animal, no bird, no insect and no plank on Earth will be able to
avid exposure, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to levels of Rf radiation that are tens to hundreds of
times greater than what exists today, without any possibility of escape anywhere on the planet."
Free The Sky.org summarizes the many issues surrounding the unconstrained expansion of
space satellites. The include serious concerns from environmental groups such as the
American Bird Conservancy notes, "Despite the area's ecological importance, space
has conducted and expanded operations with little oversight by the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA), and without a comprehensive study of impacts are wildlife and the
environment."
5G Interferes with Birds and Planes
As the mobile wireless industry is preparing to deploy 5G (followed by 6G) worldwide, the
aviation industry has raised some valid concerns about public safety due to interference of 5G
frequencies with plane and space altimeters used for navigation and the landing of planes.
The C band 3.7-3.98 GHz frequencies that the FCC already auctioned to wireless companies
(AT&T, Verizon and T Mobile) for $80 Billion are eery close to the 4,2-4.4 GHz frequencies used
by radar altimeters, as well as high powered cell phones and tablets carried by passengers.
Aviation groups warned the FCC that C -Band frequencies, especially if higher powered could
lead to "major disruptions to passenger air gravel, commercial airport and critical helicopter service."

flights" states that the telecommunications industry plans to start 5G near airports jan5,

• The FAA issued new airworthiness directives warning interference from 56 wireless
spectrum could result in flight diversions'
An article in Digital Trends very clearly spells out the danger, pointing out that although
filters could be placed over time, it is possible for a strong 5G signal to overpower the radar
altimeter receiver, causing "blocking interference". Aviation experts note that spurious
emissions in the altimeter frequencies can also be created by 5G wireless base stations thus
causing planes to determine altitude incorrectly. This is especially true with autopilot systems
which may not get a warning until it is too late. Their study showed harmful interference in
every approach to a heliport. Another study showed that at 275 feet the only 2 altimeters a
plane has could stop operating. That gives the crew 20 seconds until touchdown to land the
plane. Autopilot systems may continue operating with incorrect readings and cause the worst
case scenario- the plane crashes.
Aviation Industry Concerned
Representatives of the 19 largest aviation and aerospace industry companies wrote letter to
the FCC highlighting the international recognition from high powered commercial wireless
services near the radar altimeter band stating, "The Representatives urged the Commission
to not risk the U.S. aviation industry on which the ,public, the economy, and critical services
depend in the race to win 5G,"
Congress Writes Letter to FCC on 5G spectrum and Air Safety Concerns
While business argues that we need to march forward with 5G to prevent "costly delays" and
that all I the safety concerns have been addressed, individuals and government agencies feel
otherwise. The Chairs of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and House
Aviation Subcommittee, Peter Cie Fazio and Rick Larson, wrote a pointed letter to FCC
Chairwoman Rosenworcel. on Nov 19, 2021 regarding use of the 3.7-4.2 GHz millimeter gave
spectrum that has been sold to wireless calrrr iers for 5G service. After a year of
communicating concerns to the FCC the letter states, "The ices and the telecom in dastrys

5G Needs to be Turned to "Airplane Mode" Before Takeoff

Systems (TAWS), Tragic Alert and Collision Avoidance Systems (TCAS) and Airborne Collision Avoidance
Systems (ACAS), Wind Shear detection systems, flight control systems, and autoland systems (including
auto -throttle and automated landing flare and rollout) and loss of situational awareness due tv
erroneous or unexpected behavior." They go an to recommend, "AI! SG PEDs (Portable Electronic
Devices) tarried in the aircraft should be set to non -transmitting mode so they do not
transmit on the cellular networks e.g. airplane mode) or switched off. For essential
communications, e.g. during emergency medical service operations (EMS), grew should only
use 3G or 4G communication devices,"
It Is Time
Human existence and the future of our children depends on protecting the fragile web of

MOEF Recommendations for Wildlife Protection from Radiofrequency Radiation
Recommendations
1. EMS should be recognized as a pollutants/ regular auditing of EMF should be conducted in
urban localities/educationaVhospitaVindustrial/residentiaVrecreational premises and
around the protected areas and ecologically sensitive areas.
2. Introduce a law for protection of urban flora and fauna from emerging threats like

emitted from it are displayed in and around the structures where the towers are erected,
Use visual daytime markers in areas of high diurnal raptor or waterfowl movements.
4. To avoid bird hits, security lighting for on -ground facilities should be minimized and point
downwards or be down -shielded.
5. Independent monitoring of radiation levels and overall health of the community and
nature surrounding towers is necessary to identify hazards early. Access to tower sites
should be allowed for monitoring radiation levels and animal mortality, if any,
6. Procedure for removal of existing problematic mobile towers should be made easy,
particularly in and around protected area or urban parks and centers having wildlife ,
7. Strictly control installation of mobile towers near wildlife protected areas, Important Bird
Areas, Ramsar Sites, turtle breeding areas, bee colonies, zoos, etc up to a certain distance
that should be studied before deciding and should also be practical. Ecological assessment
regrew of sites identified for installing towers before their installation also may be
considered in wildlife / ecologically / conservational important areas,

level. Location wise GIS mapping of ail cell phone towers be done by DoT. This information
will help in monitoring the population of birds and bees in and around the mobile towers
and also in and/or around wildlife protected areas.
9. Public consultation to be made mandatory before installation of yell phones towers in any
area, The Forest Department should be consulted before installation of cell phone towers
in and around PAs and zoos. The distance at which these towers should be installed
should be studied case by case basis.

10. Awareness drive with high level of visibility in ail forms of media and regional languages
should be undertaken by the Government to make people aware about various norms in
regard to cell phone towers and dangers from EMR. Such notices should be placed in all
wildlife protected areas and in zoos.
11. To prevent overlapping high radiations fields, new towers should not be permitted within a
radius of one kilometer of existing towers,
12. If new towers must be built, construct them to be above 80 ft and below 199 ft. tall to avail
the requirement for aviation safety lighting. Construct un-guyed towers with platforms
that will accommodate possible future co -locations and build them at existing antenna
farms', away from areas of high migratory bird traffic, wetlands and other known bird
areas.

Intrigued by this theory of morphic resonance, I decided to film the crystallization of xylitol using a video
microscope in my lab. After melting small piles of xylitol into a ceramic container, I filmed crystals
growing both with and without 4G cell phone interference. The difference in the formation of the crystals
is remarkable.
When 4G cell phone energy is not present (I do not have a 5G phone so couldn't teat that), the resulting

The matrix of straight lines appears at a specific frequency / distance / wavelength. With better
measurement tools, we could measure the manometer width between these lines and perhaps deduce
something about the frequencies used by cell phones. Notice how they are fractured b "lightning

To Whom It May Concern,
I, Roger Blare, want to object to the proposed viaero cellular tower north of Stoneham at
Road 102 and Highway 71. My wife, Peggy, and I have ranched. for 50 yearn on land that is
approximately 4 miles northwest of the proposed tower site. We own pastureland that is two
miles from the site and run cattle on the Craig's ranch as well.
used on the articles and research that I have read about the harmful effects of EMF radiation
I am opposed to this tower being built for these reasons;
-we would be forced to work very close to the cell site at times — only yards away - and do not
want the harmful effects of microwave radiation,
-our cattle would be grazing in close proximity to the proposed tower, and based on the research
from the Ramizzini Institute, their health and calving birth weights could be negatively affected,
- we already live only a few miles from a cell tower and do not want another one so close by.
- Our neighbor who lived very close to the current tower recently died of cancer.
- our daughter and her family would be only about 2 miles from the proposed tower.
- ley wife is in delicate health and does not want any added negative effects of EMF radiation,
