Plaintiff Colorado State Board of Social Services, in accord-
ance with Rule 10(b) of Colorado Appellate Rules, hereby designates the
following portions of the record to constitute the record on appeal:
1. All portions of the record required to be a part of the
record on appeal by Rule 10(a) of the Colorado Appellate Rules, includ-
ing but not limited to:
(a) Complaint;
(b) Motion for Temporary Restraining Order;
(c) All documents containing statement of disqualifica-
tion of Judges Carpenter, Arnold and Briggs;
(d) All documents relating to assignment of judge by
Judicial Administrator;
(e) Order of Court of final judgment dismissing the
suit; and
(f) Record of entry of judgment in judgment docket.
2. The additional portions of the record are designated:
(a) Certification of Agency Record and all documents
therewith; and
(b) All of the reporter's transcript of the proceeding.
Please do all acts required of you by law with regard to pre-
paring the record on appeal, including folioing, indexing and binding,
and transmit the record on appeal to the Clerk of the Supreme Court of
Colorado, without delay.
