Dear Mr. Ogle,
Pioneer Land Company, LLC recently sold two 35 acre parcels to Bennett Reservoir, LLC. The
sale was made to Bennett Reservoir, LLC as they will be the end user of the reclaimed water
storage once the mining is completed for the North and South Cells of the Bennett Pit gravel
mine.
As we discussed with you in December, 2021 we are notifying you with this letter so that
Bennett Reservoir, LLC can be added as another entity to the USR 17-0072. The contact
