RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist and the terms for certain positions will soon expire
on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint and
reappoint the below representatives, with terms to expire as listed:
Kristin Dalton: Appointment as School District Regular
Member (Term Expires November 1, 2025)
Debbie Hick: Appointment as School District Alternate
Member (Term Expires November 1, 2025)
Tyler Fittz: Appointment as Division of Youth Services
Regular Member from Alternate Member (Term Expires
November 1, 2023)
Mindy Frost: Appointment as Citizen Alternate Member
(Term Expires November 1, 2025)
Allison Hererra: Appointment as Probation Alternate
Member (Term Expires November 1, 2025)
Richard Knight: Appointment as Division of Youth Services
Alternate Member (Term Expires November 1, 2023)
Dr. Erin Rossiter: Appointment as Juvenile Services
Planning Committee Alternate Member (Term Expires
November 1, 2024)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the above listed representatives, be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Juvenile Community Review Board, all with terms to expire as listed above.
