Use by Special Review (USR) - Sewage Disposal Document
The current property owner (Jeffrey Futter) has communicated that the site sewage is handled
by a septic tank. We were able to obtain a document from Gapter Septic (dated 1975) that
shows the site currently hasa 1,000 gallon septic tank.
The future property owner will most likely replace the 1,000 gallon septic tank with a larger tank
based on the increased size/ demand of the residential addition. The decision to upsize the
septic tank will be decided upon during the design of the residence with an assistance of a
plumbing engineer.
