To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado:
GENTLEMEN:
Your Viewers appointed on the 9th day of...__.... April
191.7__to view a County Road prayed for in a certain petition presented to your honorable body on the above
named day and date, a copy of which has been received by us,viz: Commencing at
The Southwest corner
of section thirty-six end the Southeast corner of section thirty-five.
Township 8 North of Range fifty-six West of the 6th P. M. , thence due North
on the section line between the two sections named about six miles to the
North boundary of said Township to the Northwest corner of section one (1)
and the Northeast corner of section two (2) in said Township on the line
between Townships eight and nine of Range fifty-six; thence due East on the
line last aforesaid to the Southeast corner of section thirty-six in Town-
ship nine (9 ) North of said Range fifty-six and on the Range line between
Ranges fifty-five and fifty-six West of the 6th P. M. ,
Respectfully submit the following report, to-wit: After receiving our authority to act, we met at the starting
point of said proposed road, on the 16th day of April __1917___. at the hour
of l .._o'clock__._.M., being the time and place specified in our appointment, and proceeded to view the road
prayed for in said petition, as follows: We commenced at the starting point named in said petition, and run
From the Southwest corner of section 36 and the Southeast corner
of section 35, . T. 8 N. R. 56 W. of the 6th P. M. , thence due North on
the section line between the two sections named about six miles to the
North boundary of said Township to the Northwest corner of section 1
and the Northeast corner of section 2 in said Township on the line
between Townships 8 and 9 of Range 56; thence due .East on the line
last aforesaid to the Southeast corner of section 36 in Township 9
North of said Range 56 and on the Range line between Ranges 55 and 56
West of the 6th P. M. .
the last named point being the terminus thereof, and the road as above laid out- and viewed being over the i
most practicable route which we, in our judgment, can find. We found it necessary to make the following
changes in the proposed route as prayed for, viz:
We the viewers herein recommend
that the road petitioned for and described herein be granted
as prayed for.

ROAD PETITION
To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of A KLD County, Colo.
Gentlemen:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, residing within two (2) miles of the road
herein sought to be laid out, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road
to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
The Southwest Corner of Section Thirt..1
Six, and the Couthcast Corner of Section Thirty Five (35) Township I/
Number Eight (8) North of Fame Fifty Six (56) °Nest. of the 6th P.M; the
ithence_due. North on the Section line between the two section ' nam.ed.nbo
about six miles to the North boundary of said Township to the Northwes
Corner of Section One (1 ) and, the Northeast Corner of Section Two (2)
in said Township on the line between Townships Fight and Nine or Range
Fifty Xix; thence due East on the line last aforesaid to the Southeast
owner of war Section Thirty Six in Township Number Nine ( ?) North of

Said road to be not less than sixty (60) feet in width.
*e therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above
described, and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the
sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of_-_W
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged; and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give
the right of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for
