be effective the first day of the month following receipt of such notice.
Payor is authorized to withhold payment pending resolution of a title dispute or adverse claim asserted regarding the interest
in production claimed herein by the undersigned The undersigned agrees to indemnify and reimburse Payor any amount
attributable to an interest to which the undersigned is not entitled
Payor may accrue proceeds until the total amount equals S100. or annually whichever occurs first. or as required by
applicable state statute
This Division Order does not amend any lease or operating agreement between the undersigned and the lessee or operator
or any other contracts for the purchase of oil or gas.
In addition to the terms and conditions of this Division Order. the undersigned and Payor may have certain statutory rights
under the laws of the state in which the property is located

Per an email from Stephanie Arries dated 5/23/13, Weld County was only going to request documents from Kerr-McGee
(now Oxy) that are "needed to address deficiencies in its records." I have attached this email for your reference.
Unfortunately, we do not have the manpower to provide all of the additional information you are requesting. Regarding
more detail around the calculations, we will be happy to answer any questions you may have on a well by well basis. I
apologize that I cannot be of more help, but am hopeful what was provided to you will suffice for you to confirm your
interests.

The acreage labels are in relation to the plat, which was not provided. As indicated, it says "if available". If it is not
available that is ok.
With regard to the Title Opinion pages showing Weld County's interest, that is something I will need. I will then verify
the interest indicated in the Title Opinion against the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet itself does riot prove that Weld
County owns said interests. I understand you are not able to send the whole Title Opinion, with other owners interests,
but the pages pertaining to Weld County's interests are needed.

interest outlined and highlighted related to the division order. Also, please provide all acreage labels necessary
to support the calculations usec to arrive at the County's royalty interest.
