RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY FAIR
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist and the term for a certain position will soon expire
on the Weld County Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Landon Cogburn and Levi Loveland to said board, both with terms to expire September 30, 2025,
and to appoint Bailey Naibauer to said board, with a term to expire September 30, 2024, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Aaron Helus to said board, with a
term to expire September 30, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Landon Cogburn, Levi Loveland, and Bailey Naibauer, be, and hereby
are, appointed, and that Aaron Helus, be, and hereby is, reappointed, to the Weld County Fair
Board, with terms to expire as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of September, A.D., 2022.
