Hunt Farms
• Hunt Farms is a long standing member of Weld County and the
Platteville Business Community.
• Hunt Farms plans to extract material from the WCR 40 Soil
Mine for use in Weld County at various oil and gas reclamation
sites.
• Final use is agricultural.
Project Description
• The Site is located in the east of of HWY 85 along Weld
County Road 40 (WCR 40) in unincorporated Weld County.
• Mine ^'80 Acre site adjacent to WCR 40 small 10 acre- site
phases.
• Extract "400,000 tons of overburden. Max truck 100 trips
per day (10 hour day).
• Reclaim the site for cropland and agricultural use.
