These are simply the new annual allocation rates for Community Corrections services for new SFY 22-23, and
pursuant to the Master Contract already in place between the State and Weld County. All in order; does not
need to be presented to the Board; new rates already accounted for with Finance and in Banner.

In accordance with Section 7.A of the Original Contract between the State of
Colorado, Division of Criminal Justice, Community Corrections, and Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County July 1, 2022 and ending on June 30, 2023, the
undersigned commits the following funds to the Grant:
1. Payment for the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, will be made as
earned, in whole or in part, from available State funds encumbered in an
amount not to exceed S4.102.987.46 to be allocated as follows
$3,591,950.40 for Residential services which include Diversion, Transition
and Condition of Parole for community corrections
offenders, payable at a daily community rate of $68.34 per
offender which includes performance Based Contracting of
2% that has been included in the bed rate; (144 Beds)
$ 123,278.75 for Non -Residential Diversion services for offenders not to
exceed an average of $9.65 per day per offender; (35 Slots)
$ 103,000.00 for Treatment Support and,
$ 148,000.00 for Facility Payments to be disbursed as outlined in
Statewide Facility Payment Policy for FY23 and,
$ 136,758.31 for Community Corrections Board Administration by the
Contractor,
2. Financial obligations of the State of Colorado payable after the current fiscal
year are contingent upon funds for that purpose being appropriated, budgeted
and otherwise made available.
3. Funds allocated in this Allocation Letter are for services rendered during the
current contract period and cannot be used to pay for community corrections
services provided in prior or future fiscal years.
4. Any unexpended funds allocated or advanced to the Contractor by the
Allocation Letter shall be reverted to the State no later than July 31, 2023.
